After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Bill began his career with Marriott Hotels as a banquet chef in Miami, Florida. Over six years, he opened hotels in Iowa, Pennsylvania, Saudi Arabia, and South Carolina, eventually becoming the Executive Chef in Charleston. He then spent 14 years managing country clubs in Florence, North Myrtle Beach, and Columbia, South Carolina. His most fulfilling career move was into senior living, where he has worked for several companies over the last 10 years, including Holbrook Life and Dogwood Forest Grayson. Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, whether skiing, relaxing by the pool, or at the beach with his two young grandchildren.
